Ground will be broken May 8, 1963 for the $360,000 addition to the Orthogenic School for Emotionally Disturbed Children at the University of Chicago. The donor Mr. Pekow, Supreme Court justice Arthur J. Goldberg, university president George W. Beadle, school principal Bruno Bettelheim, and Carl Devoe, president of the Foundation for Emotionally Disturbed Children, will participate in the ceremonies.
