Description | Architectural drawing (photograph copy) of the new women's dormitories at the University of Chicago. The Residence Halls facing the court will house 516 students. Separated from the residential area, the entry building will contain a reception room and central administration offices on the first floor, a dining room, and kitchen on the second floor, and storage and housekeeping rooms in the basement. Ground will be broken in June for the new facility which will cost $3,200,000. |
