Second of three-parts on the theme of "Racial Equality in America," the lecture was delivered by John Hope Franklin, the John Matthews Manly Distinguished Service Professor in the department of History at the University of Chicago. The first part was given in Washington, D.C., the third will be presented in San Francisco.
