Aleksandr Sirota attends a vigil commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster. Sirota lived in Pripyat, Ukraine, less than a mile from the reactor. The event, sponsored by Greenpeace and Rockefeller Chapel, was held at the Henry Moore sculpture "Nuclear Energy" on the University of Chicago campus (8th of 8 photographs).
