| Description | Edward Anders (right, smiling) professor of Chemistry, University of Chicago, and one of the editors of a special issue of Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta 31 (1967) which was presented to Harvey H. Nininger (center, speaking). The volume commemorates the 80th birthday of Mr. Nininger, a meteorite collector and founder of the American Meteorite Museum. The presentation took place at a meeting of the Meteoritical Society, held October 25-27, 1967 at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Space Sciences Division, Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, California. |
