| Description | Merton H. Miller (center), the Robert R. McCormick Distinguished Service Professor in the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In 1990, Mr. Miller was the co-recipient of the Sveriges riksbank's Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences. He is pictured with Katherine Miller (left), his wife, member of the university's Alumni Association Board of Governors, and a professor at Northwestern University; and, George Stigler (right), the Charles R. Walgreen Distinguished Service Professor of American Institutions who won the award in 1982. |
