The Stardust spacecraft to Comet Wild-2A launched by NASA carries a Space Dust Instrument (model, center) that will collect particle samples. It was designed by Anthony J. Tuzzolino (left), physicist in the Enrico Fermi Institute of the University of Chicago. Dr. Tuzzolino is pictured with two other university scientists Bruce McKibben (2nd right), professor of Physics, and John A. Simpson (right), the Edward L. Ryerson Distinguished Service Professor in the department of Physics.
