He is pictured with William Benton (left), vice-president of the University of Chicago, U.S. Senator from Connecticut, and publisher and board chairman of Encyclopaedia Britannica, and Mortimer Adler (right), professor of Philosophy of Law, with a presentation copy of "Great Books of the Western World," for Queen Elizabeth. Mr. Hutchins served as editor of the 54-volume series.
