"Nuclear Energy" by Henry Moore dedicated December 2, 1967. The bronze sculpture stands near a tablet commemorating the realization of the first controlled self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction, an event, which took place at the site where the west stands of the old Stagg Athletic Field stood on the University of Chicago campus.
