Series | III: Events |
Description | Chicks have binocular depth perception similar to humans this experiment showed. Further, chicks are able to locate accurately objects in space, immediately after hatching, by means of this innate binocular depth perception. As a result of this finding, it will now be possible to devise binocular depth perception experiments using chicks to shed light on the nature of three-dimensional vision in man. |
