Architectural drawing (photograph copy) of the new Public Administration Clearing House's headquarters which will be built at the University of Chicago (60th Street and S. Kenwood Avenue). It will be the first completely air-conditioned structure on campus. The building will cost $650,000, and the Spelman Fund of New York has provided the funding as a gift to the university. Zantzinger and Borie of Philadelphia, and Emery B. Jackson are the architects.
