University of Chicago students listen as Richard Levins, professor of Mathematical Ecology, reads news of anti-war protests at other schools. After a campus-wide vote in favor of "freeing students for anti-war activity," protesters had erected a blockade in front of Regenstein Library, and called for an immediate withdrawal of U.S. troops from Southeast Asia (3rd of 3 photographs).
