Chicago policemen on alert as activists picket outside the Pick Congress Hotel in Chicago, where Secretary of State Henry Kissinger is speaking on foreign policy at a fundraising dinner for the University of Chicago. Comprised largely of pro-Greek groups, they are protesting Kissinger's handling of the 1974 Greek coup in Cyprus and the subsequent Turkish invasion (4th of 18 photographs).
