From Washington, D.C., Esther is 16, has had three years of high school, and will need to take 9 comprehensives. Leslie Jensen (standing, left), 17, from Hot Springs, South Dakota has had 3 years of high school. He needs 6 comprehensives, and can finish requirements for a bachelor's degree in 18 months. He plans to study law. Ellen Jacobs (standing, center) is 15 and is from Western Springs, Illinois. She has had 2 years of high school, and needs 11 comprehensives. Dorothea Elmer (standing, right), 16, of Flint, Michigan, has had 2 years of high school, and needs 14 comprehensives. The University Law School is behind them.
